SEO & AI Search (GEO) Manager

As SEO & AI Search (GEO) Manager at SunCrypto, you own every organic acquisition number: search visibility, clicks, organic traffic, AI-search appearances and organic app installs. You are accountable for growth, not activity reports, and report directly to the CTO.

What you'll do

• Own organic KPIs: impressions, clicks, organic sessions (GA4), AI appearances, non-brand rankings, organic installs and organic-to-KYC conversion
• Manage technical SEO: crawl and index health, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, sitemaps, canonicals, internal linking, structured data (FAQ, Organization, Product, Article) and llms.txt
• Structure content to get cited in Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini; build entity and brand authority; track AI visibility monthly
• Lead content strategy: conduct keyword research and build topic clusters for coin and price pages, guides, crypto tax, SIP and futures education; write briefs, manage writers, and refresh decaying pages
• Optimize app listings: keyword, title, description and screenshot optimisation on Play Store and App Store; run listing experiments; monitor ratings and reviews
• Build authority through ethical link building and digital PR within crypto advertising norms
• Deliver weekly dashboards with root-cause analysis on every drop, and monthly plans with owners and dates
• Coordinate with engineering: raise clear, prioritized SEO tickets and verify fixes after deployment
• Ensure all content follows ASCI guidelines for VDA advertising with no misleading return claims

What you bring

• 4-7 years in SEO, including 2+ years owning organic growth for a consumer app or website (fintech, crypto or trading preferred)
• A documented record of recovering or growing organic traffic, with before/after numbers
• Hands-on daily use of Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Looker Studio
• Strong technical SEO skills: ability to debug rendering on React and Next.js sites, write JSON-LD, read server logs and fix Core Web Vitals
• Working knowledge of AI search and GEO, and how large language models select and cite sources
• ASO experience on both Play Store and App Store
• Understanding of spot, futures, SIP and staking well enough to brief content accurately
• Fluent in English and Hindi with clear written reporting

Nice to have

• Basic Python or SQL for data pulls and automation
• Hindi-language SEO experience
• Prior crypto exchange or trading-app experience
