Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer at P2P.org, the largest institutional staking provider with over $10B in TVL and 20%+ market share in restaking, you maintain mission-critical infrastructure and improve automation across web2 and web3 systems. You work on bare-metal infrastructure, blockchain node performance, and monitoring for networks including Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, and Berachain.

What you'll do

• Maintain mission-critical infrastructure on bare-metal systems to meet designated SLI/SLO/SLA targets
• Improve and create automation from scratch for deploying web2 and web3 infrastructure
• Conduct R&D for existing and new blockchain projects to maintain effective monitoring and alerting, and keep the performance of blockchain nodes (validators, RPC, operator nodes) at the highest level
• Participate in the on-call schedule

What you bring

• Expert-level Ansible experience; solid expertise is essential as the majority of automation is built on Ansible
• Programming proficiency with high-level languages such as Python or Go to solve infrastructure-related tasks
• Strong sense of ownership and self-organizing skills to achieve team goals with guidance from leadership
