Smart Contract Security Audit Intern (AI Audit)

As a Smart Contract Security Audit Intern (AI Audit) at Bybit, you support the security audit team in identifying vulnerabilities in smart contracts using AI and manual analysis techniques. You work with one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges serving over 80 million users, helping strengthen the security posture of blockchain applications across Ethereum, BSC, and Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Cryptography, or equivalent; PhD Year 2 and Master's Year 1 candidates are strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Solidity with a solid understanding of EVM internals and common ERC standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-777
• Familiarity with Ethereum and BSC ecosystems; understanding of DeFi and L1/L2 architectures preferred
• Ability to identify common smart contract vulnerability patterns and attack vectors

Nice to have

• Experience using AI or LLM tools for smart contract vulnerability detection
• CTF or audit competition experience; a track record of finding medium to high-severity bugs
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols such as Uniswap V2, Uniswap V3, AAVE, and similar platforms
• Proficiency in Rust or Go
• Contributions to Web3 open-source projects or automated auditing tools
