Social Equation Manager

As a Social Equation Manager at CryptoMize, you own the caste, community, and religious equations that form the foundation of campaign strategy. Based at the New Delhi HQ, you turn survey fieldwork and constituency data into the political arithmetic that drives electoral planning. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining on a rolling, always-hiring basis.

What you'll do

• Work the caste and religion equations of every constituency an engagement touches, identifying which communities hold the balance and how their alignments have shifted
• Analyze caste-wise data from survey fieldwork, crossing respondent demography with vote-intent numbers until the constituency's real structure emerges
• Build the number equations for every constituency: eligible-voter splits, turnout scenarios, and the margin math that shows where seats are won
• Track the problems of marginalized groups as a standing analytical layer that decides entire electoral segments
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with political strategists and the war-room cell, providing equation sheets as the evidence base for campaign messaging
• Brief print and electronic media managers on how the campaign's public positioning reflects the equation work
• Stress-test every claim by verifying whether survey data supports community movement before strategy commits
• Carry institutional memory of constituency equations to establish baselines for future engagements in the same seats
• Supervise analysts attached to your constituencies, review their field-data cuts, and teach booth-level reading that separates real equation work from spreadsheet guesswork
• Maintain audit trails on every dataset, cross-tab, and scenario so every number presented can be reconstructed line by line

What you bring

• Caste and community structure literacy, reading a constituency's social architecture from data
• Proficiency in survey-data analysis including weighting, segmentation, and cross-tabulation at constituency level
• Strong electoral arithmetic knowledge: turnout scenarios, vote-share splits, and margin mathematics
• Political science or sociology grounding to frame the academic foundation behind the numbers
• Ability to write clear article and note briefs that strategists can act on
• Demonstrated skill in marginalized-group analysis as an electoral variable
• Regional-language awareness for field-data contexts across the Hindi belt and beyond
• Social media literacy to read how equations play once campaigns go online
• Capacity to multitask and manage time under campaign-calendar pressure
• Detail orientation at the booth level, understanding that equations are won and lost below the constituency topline
• Discretion with client political data (non-negotiable)

• Depth in electoral-modeling tools
• Experience with survey fieldwork datasets and tabulation tooling
