Social Media Manager and Paid Social Specialist (100% Remote)

As a Social Media Manager and Paid Social Specialist at Aurenix.AI, you lead both organic social media operations and performance-driven paid ad campaigns for a fast-growing trading and cryptocurrency platform expanding across Southeast Asia. You combine short-form video editing, community management, and direct-response advertising on Meta, TikTok, and Google to drive user registrations, app installs, and first-time deposits.

What you'll do

• Edit raw footage into engaging 15-30-second Reels and TikToks using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Create daily visual assets, educational posts, and captions across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram/Discord.
• Write direct-response copy and hooks in Taglish and English targeted at prospective traders.
• Maintain the content calendar and manage community interactions on social channels.
• Launch and manage direct-response campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads focused on app installs, account sign-ups, and first-time deposits.
• Repurpose top-performing organic content into high-converting paid ad creatives.
• Implement retargeting funnels to follow up with registered users and guide them toward making their initial trade.
• Track daily spend, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and ROI data to acquire active traders at an efficient cost.

What you bring

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management combined with performance/paid media buying.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva for short-form video editing and graphic creation.
• Direct experience managing ad spend and optimizing conversion campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• A track record running direct-response campaigns (app installs, account sign-ups, or lead generation).
• Strong copywriting abilities in both English and Taglish.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech, Crypto, Forex, or E-commerce.
