Social Media Manager (Web3)

As a Social Media Manager for Web3 at Confidential Careers, you own how the brand shows up socially across Portuguese and Spanish markets. You will set the channel strategy, draft content, and drive awareness among target audiences, bringing in new users and keeping them engaged as the regional digital assets market matures.

What you'll do

• Own multi-channel content plans across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube built specifically for Portuguese and Spanish speaking audiences, keeping regional activity connected to the company's global brand standards, messaging frameworks, and commercial priorities
• Contribute to global social media content as part of a global team, adapting global campaigns for LATAM and producing assets that other markets can pick up and reuse
• Create original, credible content including video, static posts, Reels, Stories, infographics, and walkthroughs that place products in everyday situations, showing how features work, what they are useful for, and why they matter locally
• Run an organised editorial calendar covering every stage from idea through planning, production, publishing, and post-launch review, ensuring deadlines are met and output stays consistent
• Use platform and campaign data to find what is working and put more weight behind it, making evidence-based decisions with measurable outcomes and clear reporting
• Look after the channels day to day by replying to comments and questions quickly, sourcing and working with local creators and influencers, and keeping conversations constructive
• Work fluently in professional editing and design software, including a range of AI tools, understanding the pros and cons of each for social content creation

What you bring

• 3-5 years of experience in social media for fintech, digital assets, technology, or other digital-first brands
• A portfolio you can walk through covering organic and paid work, with real numbers behind engagement, community growth, or lead generation
• Hands-on experience with Brazilian, Argentinian, or wider LATAM audiences
• Working knowledge of digital assets, stablecoins, and digital payments, plus the creative range to turn dense fintech and digital assets ideas into content that feels approachable
• Advanced command of content creation and editing tools including AI tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva Pro or similar
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
