Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist at zondacrypto, you are the pulse of the company's online presence. You manage daily content delivery, rapid community engagement, and bring innovative ideas to the table. What you'll do

• Publish and update content daily—posts, images, and videos—across all social media channels to ensure a consistent flow
• Be the primary voice of zondacrypto by actively monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, and community conversations
• Generate creative concepts for posts, visual assets, and small campaigns
• Monitor key metrics and use insights to optimize your content execution
• Ensure consistent tone and visual identity across all platforms
• Manage last-minute content needs in a fast-moving environment

What you bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands
• Proven proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Telegram, and TikTok
• Strong communication skills and ability to craft compelling social media copy
• Proactive and adaptable approach—you learn platform nuances quickly
• Fluency in English and Polish
• A natural problem solver who thrives on variety and hands-on work
