Software Engineer- General Interest

Uniswap Labs is a core contributor to the Uniswap Protocol, the world's largest DEX, with over $4 trillion in volume across 17 chains. You'll join a team reshaping how value flows on the internet by building products that help millions access the protocol, including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and Trading API. This is a general-interest posting: we hire exceptional engineers when we find them, not only when a specific role is open. What you'll do

• Ship well-tested production code used by millions on systems that move real value
• Own problems end to end, from requirements and design through release and operations
• Work with a small, senior team that ships fast and reviews each other's work seriously
• Work in person with your team at our New York headquarters

What you bring

• Evidence of excellence in your lane: systems you've scaled, products you've shipped, contracts you've secured, or infrastructure you've made reliable
• Strong fundamentals and range; we care more about how you solve problems than which tools you've used
• Genuine excitement about crypto and DeFi
• Ability to work from our New York office

Nice to have

• Prior experience building on or around crypto: protocols, contracts, tooling, integrations, or things we haven't thought of
• Deep expertise with the technologies you choose to work with; we value depth and taste over keyword lists
• Open-source work, technical writing, or side projects that show how you think

• Minimum full-time salary of $158,400-$259,000, depending on level
