Software Engineer, Mobile(iOS)

As a Software Engineer, Mobile (iOS) at OKX, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance native iOS applications that power core user experiences for millions of global users. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges at scale, write resilient code, and help maintain high engineering standards across the OKX platform.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain modular, reliable native iOS features used by millions of global users
• Drive technical decision-making on mobile architecture, API design, performance optimization, and offline/network resiliency
• Partner closely with Product Management, Design, and Backend Engineering to translate complex user and commercial requirements into intuitive, reliable mobile experiences
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while maintaining high engineering standards for code reviews, testing, security, and monitoring
• Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow to support code generation and build repeatable personal AI development workflows
• Leverage modern development tools, automated CI/CD pipelines, and productivity workflows to maintain rapid iteration speeds

What you bring

• Solid software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience building, shipping, or maintaining production native iOS applications
• Strong understanding of mobile system design, clean architecture, memory management, testing, and performance tuning
• Ability to actively apply AI coding tools in your workflow and continuously optimize personal engineering productivity
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of end-to-end features and drive execution independently

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery such as Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Xcode Cloud
• Familiarity with analytics, feature flagging, and experimentation/A/B testing frameworks
• Experience maintaining or contributing to shared mobile frameworks or design systems
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members
