
As a Solutions Architect, Integrations at Sardine, you will lead client onboarding for our fraud and compliance products. You'll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure smooth, successful deployments working closely with clients and internal teams across the APAC region.
What you'll do
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
- Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting them up for success
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
- Analyze clients' requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions leveraging your deep understanding of our system and products' capabilities
- Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
- Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions using Sardine's technology
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground
What you bring
- 4+ years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, or Forward Deployed Engineer, with strong execution skills, integration and automation expertise, and experience working with multiple technical teams
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in the relevant domain: payment, fraud, risk, or compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with API specs such as OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools using bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman
