Solutions Architect, Integrations (US/CA)

As a Solutions Architect, Integrations at Sardine, you'll manage end-to-end integrations for our agentic risk platform, translating technical requirements into practical solutions and ensuring smooth, successful deployments. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to onboard customers onto our fraud and compliance products, supporting organizations in their fight against financial crime.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting customers up for success
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
• Analyze clients' requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions leveraging your deep understanding of Sardine's system and product capabilities
• Manage implementation projects, including monitoring quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
• Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide targeted solutions using Sardine's technology
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground

What you bring

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams both internal and external
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
• Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Experience with API specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts in languages such as bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, or Golang; familiarity with Postman
