Solutions Consultant, Digital Assets

As a Solutions Consultant for Digital Assets at CertiK, you will be the company's presence with banks, regulators, and regulated financial institutions adopting digital assets across the Middle East. You work embedded with compliance and risk teams on the ground, understanding their workflows and pain points, then bringing those insights back to shape CertiK's product roadmap and commercial approach.

What you'll do

• Spend extended periods on site with compliance, risk and innovation teams at banks, VASPs, custodians and regulators in the UAE and wider region
• Run discovery with clients and prospects to understand their workflows, tools, pain points and regulatory obligations, documenting findings in the client's own words
• Bring findings back to Product in a form that shapes the roadmap and sales approach
• Partner with Business Development in client meetings and regulator conversations, owning the solution and follow-up on the ground
• Present CertiK's products and services to senior client teams and turn pain points into scoped proposals with clear deliverables and timelines
• Deliver advisory engagements including licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, technical due diligence, digital asset strategy assessments, workshops and reports
• Represent CertiK at industry events and regulator meetings in the region
• Coordinate with CertiK teams in the US, Europe and Asia across time zones

What you bring

• 3+ years in a client-facing role such as consulting, solutions or business development, or in a compliance, risk or regulatory role at a financial institution or VASP
• Experience working with or inside banks, VASPs or other regulated financial institutions, whether in-house or through consulting or advisory engagements, with a working knowledge of how a compliance or risk function runs day to day
• Knowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technology
• Professional writing and presentation skills, producing client-ready reports and presenting them to senior compliance, risk and executive audiences
• Ability to operate independently, running a client relationship and an engagement end to end with light supervision
• Availability to be based at client sites for weeks at a time, with regular travel across the GCC and occasional travel beyond it
• Based in Dubai, UAE, with capacity for frequent on-site time with clients across the region

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VARA, ADGM, DFSA or central bank licensing regimes
• Experience with VASP licensing, regulatory examinations or compliance remediation
• Experience with compliance, risk or surveillance software
• Big 4 or financial services consulting background
• Arabic language skills
• Existing relationships with compliance, risk or innovation leaders across GCC banks, VASPs or regulators
