Specialist, Legal Response

As a Specialist, Legal Response at OKX, you handle inquiries from international legal authorities, law firms, and third parties with high technical knowledge and professionalism. You work within stipulated timeframes to deliver quality service while liaising across internal teams including compliance, risk, and customer service.

What you'll do

• Attend to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives worldwide while maintaining a high quality service level
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk, and customer service teams, ensuring all queries are handled professionally and escalating where appropriate
• Maintain working knowledge of OKX products to effectively communicate with external stakeholders
• Create and maintain strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders
• Escalate queries or unresolved issues to supervisors and operations management when they cannot be completed within agreed procedures
• Support the enhancement of the Legal Response function
• Manage or participate in specific projects as they arise

What you bring

• A degree in law, compliance, or a related field demonstrating critical thinking
• Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail
• Literacy in Chinese (read and write), as this role serves the China market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate difficult situations and remain calm under pressure
• A solutions mindset, passionate about finding the right resolution
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability
• Quick learning ability and willingness to act on feedback constructively
• Willingness to work rotational shifts to support 24x7 operations
