Sr. Brand Designer

As a Sr. Brand Designer at fomo, you sit at the intersection of design and growth as a steward of the fomo brand. You'll set creative direction for campaigns, evolve the visual system, and raise the bar across every touchpoint so fomo feels polished, cohesive, and joyful as the company expands to mainstream retail audiences. This role is in-person in SoHo, NYC.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and brand moments
• Elevate and evolve fomo's visual identity by contributing to system decisions, setting creative direction, and maintaining a high bar across every surface
• Lead storytelling and concept design for major moments, evoking emotion and making finance feel human
• Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Product to ensure high-quality creative shows up in everything the company ships and promotes
• Build and run production with motion and graphic contractors by collaborating on briefs, giving actionable feedback, and upholding quality standards
• Raise the team's standard for craft through the clarity and consistency of your own work

What you bring

• 5-6+ years in brand, graphic, or marketing design (agency, consumer app, or culture-forward brand experience)
• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic conceptual thinking and exceptional craft, showing your ability to define a direction and execute it across multiple touchpoints
• Experience contributing to and extending a brand system, not only working inside one
• Comfort art-directing contractors and presenting to senior stakeholders with clear rationale
• The ability to translate business and product goals into distinctive creative

Nice to have

• Motion and/or 3D design skills
• Personal crypto or trading experience; ideally you dogfood the product
