Sr. HR Generalist

As a Senior HR Generalist at SunCrypto, you manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle. You bring strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently handle employee-related matters.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, documentation, and exit formalities
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR queries
• Manage recruitment and coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
• Coordinate payroll, HRMS, attendance, and employee records
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company processes and applicable labour laws
• Prepare HR reports and MIS related to recruitment, attendance, headcount, and attrition
• Identify and improve HR processes for better employee experience and operational efficiency

What you bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, Crypto, IT, or BPO
