Sr. Manager, Visa Crypto Partnerships

As Senior Manager of Visa Crypto Partnerships, you lead strategic relationships with crypto-native wallets, exchanges, ramps, orchestrators, and enablers globally. You serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-impact accounts, driving commercial success and partnership expansion at the intersection of payments, blockchain innovation, and go-to-market execution. This role positions you to help Visa bridge digital currency wallets with 150+ million merchants and financial institutions as the crypto vertical scales.

What you'll do

• Serve as the global relationship lead for a portfolio of high-impact crypto-native accounts, building and nurturing multi-level relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders across product, engineering, risk, legal, and regional teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, thought leadership, and guidance on the evolving payments and digital asset landscape.
• Lead end-to-end deal cycles: identify opportunities, structure and negotiate commercial agreements, and oversee execution.
• Deliver tailored solutions for clients by collaborating with product and technical teams to integrate Visa's crypto offerings.
• Drive revenue growth and adoption of Visa's products and solutions, tracking and reporting on key metrics.
• Coordinate closely with regional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment on priorities.
• Represent Visa at industry events, client meetings, and in the broader crypto ecosystem as a subject matter expert.
• Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the crypto and payments space.
• Provide feedback to product and leadership teams, influencing roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
• Co-create and pilot new use cases with clients, leveraging Visa's capabilities to unlock mutual growth.

What you bring

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• A proven track record in account management, business development, or sales, ideally with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, and the broader digital asset ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage key stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
• Ability to successfully build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 7 or more relevant years with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.
• Current or former experience in the payments or crypto industry.
• 6+ years of work experience in investment, strategy, go-to-market, product, business development, or sales in the financial sector with a Bachelor's Degree, or 4+ years with a Master's Degree.
• Sales experience including running a deal cycle end-to-end and negotiating.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives from concept to execution.

What we offer

• Estimated salary range of $153,700 to $246,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments.
