Sr Product Manager, BitGo Labs

As Sr Product Manager at BitGo Labs, you sit at the center of a unit built to ship real, revenue-generating products in ninety days. You work directly with BitGo's CEO and Head of Labs to turn theses into live products that leverage crypto infrastructure in ways traditional finance cannot. BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, handling a significant portion of Bitcoin network transactions and serving thousands of institutions worldwide.

What you'll do

• Take a thesis and find the product inside it, identifying the first user, the wedge, and the smallest version worth launching to the world
• Push back hard on flawed theses, sharpening your thinking directly with the CEO in the room
• Ship products in ninety days: write the spec, run the build, make tradeoffs, cut scope when the calendar demands it, and pull BitGo's custody, stablecoin, and settlement rails into a consumer surface
• Set the success bar before launch with real numbers committed in advance, then read the results honestly and decide whether to double down or kill the product
• Start the next cycle without ceremony, moving from one product to the next based on what the data tells you

What you bring

• A track record taking a product from nothing: a startup, side project, or a true zero-to-one team inside a larger company
• 5+ years in product, with at least some consumer experience
• A builder's mindset: you prototype with AI tools, wire up working demos, and run your own analysis instead of writing documents
• Comfort with crypto or an unafraid willingness to get there fast; you understand how owning the infrastructure changes what a consumer app can be
• The ability to decide in small teams on short cycles without a committee
• The capacity to kill your own work, shut it down, take the learning, and move to the next project without a mourning period
