Sr. Specialist, Product Experience Design, Crypto

As a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design, Crypto at Mastercard, you will shape the future of the Crypto Solutions portfolio within the Financial Crimes organization. You'll design intuitive, customer-centric experiences that simplify complex risk, compliance, and security signals into actionable insights for financial institutions participating in the digital asset ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Crypto Solutions products, including onboarding, researching, monitoring, and reporting journeys
• Apply UX methods to identify solutions to customer problems, experiment to validate them, and create deliverables for Engineering partners
• Work closely with Product Managers, PMTs, and Engineers to translate product strategy and customer needs into intuitive digital experiences
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and validate them through user research and usability testing
• Design communications and decks to pitch new product ideas and concepts to stakeholders
• Support hands-on product-feature design within initiatives, contributing to timely, quality deliverables that meet stated goals
• Partner with senior-level peers to gain experience and grow your design skillset over time

What you bring

• Hands-on experience in a user experience function, with a tactical skillset in designing and validating solutions that solve user problems
• Experience in enterprise software, fintech, payments, compliance, fraud, cybersecurity, or comparable industries
• Ability to execute tactical design outputs, with support from senior-level peers as needed
• Proficiency in Figma for UX prototyping and design systems
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for communicating design concepts and product ideas
• Familiarity with design thinking principles
• Comfort collaborating across Product, PMT, Engineering, and Data Science in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
• A passion to be the empathetic advocate for customers by turning complexity into simple solutions

Nice to have

• Digital asset or blockchain exposure
• Experience developing new designs leveraging Copilot, Figma Make, and other generative AI tools
