Sr. VIP Relationship Manager, US

As a Sr. VIP Relationship Manager at OKX, you will expand the company's base of VIP clients across the US. You focus on high net worth individuals, family offices, and smaller corporate clients, driving growth through partnerships and key client development alongside OKX's institutional team. Working closely with local executive leadership, you maximize revenue in the region through client onboarding, retention, and strategic account management.

What you'll do

• Maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients
• Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on OKX's product offerings in the US
• Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
• Lead partnership work in the US by identifying the right partners and executing partnership negotiations
• Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients in the US to ensure positive customer experience
• Build long-lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels, originating new prospective clients
• Conduct proactive account management and work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks such as frozen accounts and enhanced due diligence
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
• Fluency in English
• 6+ years of experience in VIP business development within the crypto, private banking, finance, or trading industry
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• An in-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the US region

Nice to have

• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
• Previous experience working at a crypto exchange
• Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
