SRE engineer

As an SRE engineer at P2P.org, you maintain mission-critical infrastructure for the largest institutional staking provider, with a TVL exceeding $10B and a 20%+ market share in restaking. You improve and build automation for web2 and web3 infrastructure across multiple blockchain networks, and conduct R&D to keep validator, RPC, and operator node performance at the highest level.

What you'll do

• Maintain mission-critical infrastructure, primarily on bare-metal servers, to provide services within designated SLI/SLO/SLA targets
• Improve and create automation from scratch for deploying web2 and web3 infrastructure
• Conduct R&D for existing and new blockchain projects to maintain effective monitoring and alerting, and ensure peak performance of validator, RPC, and operator nodes
• Participate in on-call rotations

What you bring

• Expert-level Ansible experience (a core part of our automation stack)
• Decent programming proficiency with high-level languages such as Python or Go to solve infrastructure-related tasks
• Strong ownership and self-organizing skills to achieve team goals with guidance from your team lead
