Staff Product Manager- Integrations & Advisor Platform
Robinhood • Clearwater, FL; Menlo Park, CA; New York, NYAs a Staff Product Manager for Integrations & Advisor Platform at Robinhood, you'll own the integration strategy and partner ecosystem for TradePMR, our custody and technology platform for registered investment advisors. You'll sit at the center of Robinhood's effort to build a next-generation custody platform, working with growth-oriented, multicustodial RIAs to make TradePMR the easiest, most modern custodian in their stack through foundational APIs and an increasingly partner-first platform designed for AI-driven advisor workflows.
What you'll do
- Own the third-party integration strategy end-to-end, from prioritizing and scoping which APIs and connectivity you build (including emerging AI-agent standards like MCP) to defining the sandbox, documentation, authentication, and governance that make Robinhood easy to integrate with
- Be the primary, outward-facing product owner for the technology-partner ecosystem, leading commercial and technical conversations with PMS/CRM vendors and AI-native advisor tools, scoping statements of work, setting production-access requirements, and representing Robinhood at industry events and with key RIA-industry influencers
- Build and run the framework for how you tier, prioritize, and resource integration requests across dozens of vendors and advisor firms at once, balancing large-firm strategic bets against overall platform coherence and engineering capacity
- Partner closely with engineering to translate advisor and partner needs into technical requirements and make build-vs-partner-vs-defer calls, comfortable reading API specs or discussing SSO/OAuth flows directly with partner engineering teams
- Develop a clear point of view on how AI and agentic workflows are changing custodial integrations
- Represent the integrations function in Robinhood's broader next-generation custody roadmap, working with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and operations to keep near-term integration work aligned with the long-term vision for advisor-facing custody
What you bring
- 6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent in a technical, platform, or API/integrations-focused PM role
- Experience working at a high-growth fintech company, with a track record of navigating the regulatory, compliance, and legacy-system realities that shape technical integration work in financial services
- A strong, informed point of view on how AI is reshaping fintech and advisor workflows, ideally backed by direct experience shipping AI-enabled features or evaluating AI-native vendors and partners
- Genuine technical depth and a proven builder's track record, comfortable as the primary point of contact with external partner engineering teams, able to reason through API design, auth (SSO/SAML/OAuth), and data models, with experience shipping developer-facing platform capabilities (documentation, sandboxes, versioning) in a regulated or enterprise B2B environment
- Experience running a partner or vendor ecosystem: prioritization frameworks, SOWs/contracts, production-access gating, and managing a portfolio of integrations at very different maturity stages simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to flex between technical design conversations with engineering and strategic partnership conversations with executives and advisors
- Comfort with ambiguity, as this role combines two existing scopes into one and part of your job will be defining what "great" looks like as you go
Nice to have
- Experience in wealth management, RIA custody, advisor technology, or working with custodial/clearing operations (for example, First Clearing, Schwab, Fidelity)
- Experience building or scaling a formal integration/partner program (tiering, vendor onboarding, developer portal) from a relatively early stage
What we offer
- Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, and equity ownership
- 401(k) matching
- 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents
- Lifestyle wallet, a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more
- Employer-paid life and disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits
- Time off including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, and parental leave
- Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces
This role is based in Robinhood's Clearwater, FL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Base pay will depend on job-related factors including education, training, experience, location, business needs, and market demands. Compensation varies by region and location.
