Staff Product Manager - Prediction Markets

As a Staff Product Manager for Sports Prediction Markets at Robinhood, you will lead the strategy and product lifecycle for sports-focused prediction tools. You will guide product definition, plan for major sporting events, and design how the platform packages and presents live sports data to users. You will partner directly with senior leadership and key executives on high-visibility projects, balancing consumer preferences with fintech regulations. Your work will expand Robinhood's product offerings and introduce prediction markets to millions of customers.

What you'll do

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for sports-focused prediction markets, turning complex sports data into simple, intuitive consumer experiences
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and compliance partners to define product requirements, navigate fintech constraints, and deliver highly compliant features
• Plan and execute product launches centered around major sporting events, ensuring robust market liquidity and high system reliability
• Incorporate feedback from senior executive reviews and user research to iterate on feature designs and improve platform engagement

What you bring

• Proven experience managing consumer-facing applications, with a strong background in sports-focused platforms, prediction markets, or gaming apps such as DraftKings, FanDuel, or Underdog Sports
• Strong expertise in merchandising, presenting, and displaying live sports data to consumers in a highly engaging way
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and collaborate with compliance and legal partners to launch products
• Excellent communication skills to present product strategies and updates to executive leadership and align teams around shared goals
• Ability to adapt to evolving product requirements and thrive in a high-visibility, collaborative environment

• Base pay range of $191,000-$225,000 USD (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC), $168,000-$198,000 USD (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL), or $150,000-$176,000 USD (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL), plus bonus opportunities and equity

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
