Startup Co-founder in Cyber Security, Web 3 or Financial Services

Wolver Ventures, with a track record of over 400 investments in early-stage startups, invites you to join the Wolver Launcher program to co-found a tech startup in cyber security, web3, or financial services. This is not a traditional employment role but an opportunity for entrepreneurs committed to building a scalable business with complementary co-founders and access to seed funding up to €500K.

What you'll do

• Define and refine your startup's value proposition and ideal customer persona (ICP)
• Develop a minimum viable product (MVP) to prove market traction
• Build your founding team with complementary skills and aligned values
• Define your go-to-market (GTM) strategy and initiate sales
• Establish your startup's purpose, values, culture, funding strategy, and legal and operational structure

What you bring

• 8+ years of relevant working experience
• Leadership experience in one of these domains: sales, marketing and strategy (CEO/CMO track); product development, strategy and/or operations (CTO/COO track); or finance (CFO track)
• A commitment to launch a startup as a life choice, preferably B2B focused in cyber security, fintech, insurtech, regtech/legaltech, proptech (with focus on data centers), or web3
• Fluent English
