Systems Engineer 3 - Linux/PKI/Crypto/SSP/STE/STN/AWS

Captivation Software is looking for a mid-level Systems Engineer to assist with daily responsibilities supporting mission-critical infrastructure. You will join a team of engineers who take pride in developing solutions that protect the country.

What you'll do

• Design, deploy, and maintain systems in containers and cloud environments
• Manage storage systems and virtualization infrastructure
• Configure and troubleshoot IP networking and firewall systems
• Implement and support PKI/TLS/crypto solutions and crypto policies on Linux systems
• Support SSP compliance and STE/STN requirements on Linux systems
• Perform application support and general system troubleshooting
• Automate operational tasks using available tools

What you bring

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline
• Six or more years of systems engineering experience
• IAT Level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M
• Current Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph
• U.S. citizenship
• Hands-on experience with containers and cloud environments
• Experience managing storage and virtualization systems
• Strong knowledge of IP networking and firewall configuration
• Proficiency with Linux systems administration
• A solid understanding of PKI, TLS, crypto, and crypto policies

What we offer

• Annual salary of $130,000-$270,000, based on years of experience
