Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Jump Trading Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its Recruiting Team. In this role, you'll support the hiring process across the organization, working closely with HR and recruiting teams to attract and onboard exceptional talent in the fintech space. You'll manage candidate interactions, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

What you'll do

• Interface with vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule and manage all candidate interviews
• Track all interview details in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates on their interview day
• Analyze pre-employment paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates with the internal travel team
• Update and maintain all candidate profiles in Greenhouse, ensuring all relevant data is captured and tracked
• Collaborate with the global recruiting team to create successful strategies for marketing Jump and building the brand

What you bring

• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset
• Reliable and predictable availability

Nice to have

• 3+ years of previous administrative experience
• Previous experience using an ATS, CRM, or candidate management tool
