Tech Services Helpdesk

As a Tech Services Helpdesk member at Jump Trading, you serve as an integral part of the Technical Services team in our EMEA offices. You ensure seamless operation of technical and administrative functions, enhance the employee experience, and support office operations through troubleshooting, equipment setup, and proactive technical assistance.

What you'll do

• Support office layout changes by moving desks and equipment, reconnecting computers, and testing basic network settings
• Serve as Level 1 tech support for basic troubleshooting on Windows and Mac platforms
• Assist with mobile device configuration, account logins, and app setups
• Ensure proper setup and functionality of office hardware, including assisting employees with reconnecting and replacing faulty monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals, as well as testing network connectivity
• Provide proactive help for minor hardware issues
• Collaborate with the Tech Services team (Level 2+) and specialized personnel on more complex technical issues
• Maintain and update internal documentation related to office procedures and technology support
• Deliver exceptional customer service to visiting employees, first-time guests, and candidates
• Display curiosity and engagement in technology, showing willingness to learn new tools and concepts to improve your skills
• Support occasional travel to other offices

• Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Strong IT troubleshooting techniques
• An interest in IT with some hands-on experience or exposure to tech support
• Reliable and predictable availability for an in-office position (5 days per week)
