As a Technical Support Specialist at Trezor, you help users around the world protect their digital assets through written support conversations. You'll develop deep knowledge across the Trezor ecosystem, from hardware troubleshooting and blockchain transactions to user education, while becoming a confident communicator on a supportive team.

What you'll do

  • Continuously learn about the Trezor ecosystem and stay on top of cryptocurrency and digital security trends
  • Reply to customer inquiries through our Zendesk ticketing system, turning complex blockchain problems into smooth user experiences
  • Support users on Trezor hardware wallets and the Trezor Suite application, guiding them through key tasks with empathy and precision
  • Offer both pre-sales guidance and post-purchase support, ensuring every customer feels heard and informed at every step
  • Moderate and assist in our community forums, helping keep conversations respectful, accurate, and helpful
  • Improve and maintain our knowledge base, user manuals, and self-help content
  • Get involved in side projects with a startup mindset, whether in QA, product design, marketing, or fraud prevention
  • Support adjacent customer support functions, including Logistics Support, during peak periods or staffing gaps

What you bring

  • Previous experience in client-facing tech support or similar roles where troubleshooting complex issues was key
  • Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for solving problems across software, hardware, and operating systems
  • Resilience and empathy, particularly when helping customers through high-stress situations
  • Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Slack, Notion, GitHub, or Google Workspace
  • A proactive, energetic approach with fresh, out-of-the-box thinking
  • Location near Prague with availability to join the office 1-2 days a week for collaboration

Nice to have

  • Comfort with macOS or Linux-based workflows
  • Experience working in industries with high risk or fraud exposure, such as fintech or crypto
  • Deep knowledge of cryptocurrencies, including Proof of Work vs. Proof of Stake, hardware vs. software wallets, CEX vs. DEX, stablecoins, UTXOs vs. smart contract blockchains, Layer 1 vs. Layer 2, gas fees, EVM, BIP39 and SLIP39, WalletConnect, and security threats like dusting attacks, phishing, and fake airdrops
  • Experience using or purchasing BTC, ETH, SOL, POL, BASE, BNB, ARB, OP, XRP, and ADA
