Blockchain Full-stack (Solidity/Backend) Lead Developer

As a Blockchain Full-stack Lead Developer with 5+ years of experience, you design and deploy smart contracts for Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization. You build robust backend servers and APIs integrated with blockchain networks, handle on-chain data processing and transaction optimization, and collaborate closely with the frontend team to deliver a seamless decentralized application experience. In this leadership role, you establish technical direction for the blockchain development track, drive architectural decision-making, and mentor team members.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization
• Build robust backend servers and APIs integrated with blockchain networks
• Handle on-chain data processing, transaction optimization, and security validation
• Collaborate closely with the frontend team to integrate Web3 wallets and deliver a seamless decentralized application (dApp) user experience
• Establish technical direction for the blockchain development track, drive architectural decision-making, and lead code reviews and team member mentoring

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain smart contract development using Solidity or equivalent capability
• Hands-on experience in full-stack service development and operations using backend technologies such as Node.js and Python
• Deep understanding of EVM-based networks (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) and transaction structures
• Strong understanding of blockchain security best practices and experience handling smart contract audits

Nice to have

• Fluent English communication skills for seamless collaboration with global partners, foundations, and international teams
• Experience from Big Tech companies, with a strong background in handling high-traffic services and integrating blockchain backends and smart contracts
• Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead, demonstrating strong product ownership and leadership in growing a team
• Experience commercializing fintech or blockchain services, such as RWA tokenization, DeFi, or NFT marketplaces
• Strong understanding of asset tokenization regulations and financial institution system integration

RWA Platform Frontend Lead Developer

As an RWA Platform Frontend Lead Developer with 5+ years of experience, you design and develop high-performance web service architectures based on React and Next.js. You build intuitive, interactive screens while optimizing web performance and rendering, efficiently manage state and visualize complex financial data and real-time asset trading, and collaborate across Product, Design, Backend, and Blockchain teams. In this leadership role, you establish frontend development standards, select technology stacks, and spearhead overall project architecture.

What you'll do

• Design and develop high-performance web service architectures based on React and Next.js
• Build intuitive, interactive screens based on the design system, while optimizing web performance and rendering
• Efficiently manage state and visualize complex financial data, real-time asset trading, and dashboard interfaces
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and Blockchain Engineers to elevate product quality
• Establish frontend development standards, select technology stacks, and spearhead overall project architecture

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in React and Next.js-based web frontend development or equivalent capability
• Proficiency in component-based design (such as Atomic Design) and modular frontend development
• Strong ability to seamlessly integrate backend systems using RESTful APIs, WebSockets, etc.
• Excellent communication skills across cross-functional teams, with a collaborative mindset open to code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Portfolio submission (required)

• Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration and alignment
• Frontend development experience from Big Tech companies (Naver, Kakao, Toss, Coupang, or global tech enterprises)
• Prior experience as a Frontend Lead, successfully building products end-to-end and driving team growth
• Experience in Web3 and blockchain-related projects
• Experience leading the setup of initial frontend environments, building, deploying, and establishing CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Vercel, etc.
• Experience developing fintech or financial services
