Tokenomics and Ecosystem Specialist

As a Tokenomics and Ecosystem Specialist at Web 3.0 Solutions, you support token economic design, ecosystem research, and sustainable platform growth. This remote, U.S.-based role combines economic modeling, on-chain analysis, and collaboration with product and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and evaluate token utility, distribution, vesting, emissions, and incentive models
• Analyze how token supply, user demand, and participant behavior affect ecosystem sustainability
• Research blockchain projects, governance structures, and ecosystem development programs
• Model economic scenarios and assess liquidity, concentration, and incentive-related risks
• Monitor on-chain activity, token unlocks, user retention, and ecosystem participation
• Prepare research reports and recommendations for product, engineering, and business teams

What you bring

• Experience in tokenomics, blockchain research, economics, financial modeling, or Web3 strategy
• A strong understanding of token utility, incentive design, governance, and decentralized ecosystems
• The ability to build quantitative models and communicate assumptions and findings clearly
• Familiarity with Ethereum, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and DeFi protocols
• Strong analytical, research, and collaboration skills
• Based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with a Web3 company, blockchain protocol, DAO, or consulting firm
• Familiarity with Dune, DefiLlama, Token Terminal, Excel, Python, or SQL
• Understanding of staking incentives, liquidity programs, treasury sustainability, and governance participation

What we offer

• Salary of $110,000-$150,000 USD per year, depending on experience and responsibilities
