Trade Support Engineer

As a Trade Support Engineer at DV Trading, you work directly with Development, Trading, and IT to keep our trading operations optimized and healthy. You'll identify and resolve issues across our trading platforms, support our traders, and drive strategic projects that improve both operations and the technology behind them.

What you'll do

• Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets
• Monitor and support Linux environments
• Support traders and trading infrastructure in a fast-moving trading environment
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to drive business initiatives
• Identify and solve complex problems that require deep investigation
• Work with trade teams to help onboard new opportunities
• Develop automation and process improvements to enhance operations

What you bring

• Experience in a trade support role
• Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Multicast protocols
• Intermediate Bash skills and core Python ability
• Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures
