As a Trade Support Engineer at DV Trading, you work directly with our Development, Trading, and IT organizations to ensure trading operations are optimized and healthy. You'll improve our ability to identify and resolve trading issues, provide support to traders, and drive strategic projects focused on trading operations and the technology that powers them.
What you'll do
- Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets
- Monitor and support Linux environments
- Support traders and trading infrastructure in a trading industry context
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to drive business initiatives
- Identify and solve complex problems
- Work with trade teams to assist with onboarding new opportunities
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
What you bring
- Experience in a trade support role
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and Multicast
- Intermediate Bash and core Python ability
- Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures
