Trade Support Engineer (Singapore)

As a Trade Support Engineer at DV Trading, you work directly with Development, Trading, and IT to keep trading operations optimized and healthy. You will continuously improve our ability to identify and resolve issues, provide world-class support to traders, and drive strategic projects focused on trading operations and the technology that supports them.

What you'll do

• Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets
• Monitor and support Linux environments
• Support traders and trading infrastructure in the trading industry
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to drive business initiatives
• Identify and solve complex problems
• Work with trade teams to assist with onboarding new opportunities
• Drive automation and process improvement efforts

What you bring

• Experience in a trade support role
• Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Multicast
• Intermediate Bash and core Python ability
• Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures
