As a Trade Support Engineer at DV Trading in Singapore, you work directly with Development, Trading, and IT to ensure trading operations are optimized and healthy. You identify and resolve trading-related issues, provide world-class support to traders, and drive strategic projects focused on improving trading operations and the technology that supports them.
What you'll do
- Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets
- Monitor and support Linux environments
- Support traders and trading infrastructure in the trading industry
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to drive business initiatives
- Identify and solve complex problems
- Work with trade teams to assist with onboarding new opportunities
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
What you bring
- Experience in a trade support role
- Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and Multicast
- Intermediate Bash and core Python ability
- Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
