Trust Wallet Graduate Leadership Programme

Trust Wallet Graduate Leadership Programme is a selective 12-month fast-track programme for early-career talent who want to lead in Web3. You'll join a small cohort, work on live products used by millions from day one, and learn directly from senior leaders across product, engineering, marketing and business development. Strong performers move into a permanent role at Trust Wallet at the end of the programme.

How the programme works

• You start in the Product Management team and rotate across functions, for example 3 rotations of 3 months each, with a senior mentor and a scoped project.
• Pitch to leadership: present your ideas to senior leaders. The best ones get built, launched or signed.
• Land your role: at the end of the programme, you move into a permanent role based on your performance and where you create the most impact.

What you'll do

• Research wallets, DEXs, stablecoins, payment networks and agentic commerce to spot opportunities worth building for.
• Turn user problems into PRDs, user stories and success metrics, then prioritise them using user feedback, data and business goals.
• Work with engineering, design and data to take features from idea to launch.
• Shape positioning, go-to-market plans and campaigns across X, community and content.
• Map and qualify partners across chains, dApps, stablecoin issuers and payment providers, and support deals from pitch to integration.
• Set KPIs, run growth experiments and measure post-launch impact on users, campaigns and partnerships.
• Present your ideas to senior leaders and have the best ones get built, launched or signed.

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a current QS World University Rankings Top 200 university, or equivalent evidence of exceptional analytical ability.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• The ability to break a messy problem into clear parts and a recommendation.
• Clear communication skills, in writing and in person, able to explain a complex idea simply.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Grok or Cursor, and curiosity about AI agents.
• Genuine interest in Web3, with hands-on experience using a wallet, a DEX or stablecoins, and ability to articulate what works and what's broken.
• Fast learning ability with strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity and pace.

Nice to have

• Builder or founder experience, where you've started a project or company in AI or crypto, whether it shipped, scaled or failed.
• Hands-on Web3 experience such as DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons or DAO contributions.
• Side projects, a product teardown, a newsletter, or an active X or GitHub presence.
