UX Developer

As a UX Developer at CryptoMize, you bridge design intent and shipped interface on a full-time, permanent basis at our New Delhi HQ in Vasant Vihar. You combine user-experience practice (research, personas, wireframes, usability testing) with front-end engineering on a modern TypeScript stack, building the interfaces you design. The work spans dashboards for intelligence platforms, campaign war-room views, and client-facing reputation consoles.

What you'll do

• Understand product specifications and user psychology before designing any interface, grounding every decision in user needs
• Conduct ongoing user research, deconstruct users' digital interactions and habits, and build personas from research and data
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around actual customer needs, and run concept and usability tests with real users before implementation
• Define the right interaction model for each product and evaluate its success with evidence once shipped
• Build the front end you design on our TypeScript and React stack, implementing components, states, and motion with design-system discipline
• Work with UI designers to implement attractive, consistent interfaces and communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers with precision
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends, finding creative solutions to UX problems such as usability, findability, and cognitive load

What you bring

• User research and persona construction skills
• Wireframing and rapid prototyping expertise
• Experience running concept and usability tests
• Ability to define and evaluate interaction models
• Production fluency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
• React component architecture knowledge
• Design-system thinking (tokens, variants, states)
• Accessibility discipline to WCAG standards
• Skill communicating design rationale to developers and clients
• Information architecture experience for data-dense interfaces
• Motion literacy and understanding of purposeful animation
• A portfolio of shipped, researched interfaces (credentials matter less than demonstrated work)

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Figma
• Experience with React 19+
• Tailwind CSS expertise
• Knowledge of Astro
• Familiarity with Storybook-class component workbenches
