Vice President Sales Operations

As Vice President Sales Operations at CryptoMiners Intl' Group, you lead and optimize the global sales operations function. You oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, performance metrics, and territory planning to support revenue growth across all regions and service lines, while collaborating with sales leadership, finance, and operations teams to design and implement scalable processes, tools, and dashboards that improve sales efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Analyze sales performance and refine go-to-market strategies across all regions
• Design and implement scalable sales operations processes, tools, and performance dashboards
• Manage sales operations staff and oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
• Align sales processes with financial and operational goals, working with finance and operations teams
• Contribute to strategic planning and support key client initiatives
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal policies and industry best practices

• Strong experience in sales and sales operations, including managing complex, multi-region sales environments
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, build performance dashboards, and support decision-making
• Solid finance knowledge to align sales plans with budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability targets
• Proven strategic planning capabilities to develop and execute sales operations roadmaps and growth initiatives
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
