Video Designer

As a Video Designer at CryptoMize, you own the visual identity of creative assets from brief to final cut. You join the motion studio, a standing function that gives campaigns, dossiers and brand programs their visual voice, based at our New Delhi HQ in Vasant Vihar. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining. The work is design with high visual impact in time-based media: interpreting briefs and storyboards, developing concepts and designs from beginning to end, and keeping every frame consistent with the brand system it belongs to. The subjects are unusual - reputation narratives, political campaigns, security explainers - and the standard is clean, premium, deliberate.

What you'll do

• Develop clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from brief to final cut, owning the visual identity of each piece you take on
• Interpret storyboards to tell visual stories that support the message, translating the scripter's structure into motion, pacing and composition
• Listen to clients and internal stakeholders and understand their needs before making design decisions, interrogating the brief rather than simply accepting it
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research, and think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts under real cost and time constraints
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception across video and everything adjacent to it
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including strategists, content leads and developers so the visual layer and the strategic layer land as one product
• Stay on top of the latest standards, changes and trends in visual design, and bring the ones worth having into the studio's vocabulary
• Proofread your own output to produce accurate, high-quality work
