VIP Relationship Manager

As a VIP Relationship Manager at Bybit, you serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global VIP clients in the EU region. You enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service across Bybit's trading, payments, wealth management, and institutional services offerings.

What you'll do

• Perform client acquisition and relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients
• Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients through frequent and sustained communication
• Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers
• Analyze client behavior, identify their unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports
• Liaise with stakeholders across different departments to provide optimal service solutions and experiences

What you bring

• A client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
• Strong communication and written skills
• The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations

Nice to have

• Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges
• Prior experience in sales and client services roles within international financial institutions such as banking, investments, brokerages, or commercial banks
