VIP Relationship Manager

As a VIP Relationship Manager at Bybit, you serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global VIP clients in the Turkey Region. You enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success by building strong relationships with institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, and other key accounts.

What you'll do

• Perform client acquisition and relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients
• Build and expand relationships with existing clients through frequent and sustained communication
• Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers
• Analyze client behavior, identify their unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports
• Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal service solutions and experience

What you bring

• A client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
• Strong communication and written skills
• The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks effectively
• Enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and awareness of the latest trends and innovations

Nice to have

• Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges
• Prior working experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, or related fields
