Virtual Assistant - Fulfillment

As a Virtual Assistant for Fulfillment at Decentralized Masters, you support the operations of a fast-growing DeFi education platform that has empowered over 4,500 investors and is on track to reach $50 million in revenue this year. You handle customer communications, administrative tasks, and platform coordination that keep our growing team of 150+ professionals connected with our global community.

What you'll do

• Manage emails and customer communications
• Handle customer query escalations and assist with refund requests and documentation
• Draft reports and presentations
• Support customer onboarding and maintain clear communication with customers throughout their journey
• Organize webinars, set up Zoom calls, and assist in chat during live sessions
• Support project managers with Circle.so content uploads, access management, and member gating
• Update and maintain Excel dashboards
• Perform general administrative duties

What you bring

• Native English speaker or professional-level fluency
• Location in South America
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role
• Customer service experience
• Excellent proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as Google Suite and MS Excel
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DeFi or crypto
• Previous working experience with Circle
• Additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant
