WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER- CRYPTO.COM ARENA

As a Warehouse Assistant Manager at Levy, you receive, store and distribute material, tools, equipment and products for Crypto.com Arena. You join a leading food, beverage and retail operation across 200+ entertainment, sports and restaurant venues across the country.

What you'll do

• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed
• Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas
• Place materials and goods on racks, shelves, bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code
• Fill requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, then convey orders to packing station or shipping department
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Open bales, crates and other containers
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed
• Weigh or count items for distribution within the facility to ensure conformance to company standards
• Arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers
• Use computer systems to enter records
• Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications
• Drive vehicles to transport stored items or to pick up items
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments
• Prepare parcels for mailing
• Maintain inventory records
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures, and follow HACCP standards
• Commit to your own safety and that of others
• Use medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolines or cleaning a slicer
• Use oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steam tables
• Wear slip-resistant shoes and use proper lifting techniques
• Perform other duties as assigned
