Web3 Community Manager

As a Web3 Community Manager at BaronNotary, you will build, manage and grow the company's global community across X, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn and the broader Web3 ecosystem. You will work directly with the BaronNotary team to develop community presence, increase engagement, build relationships across the Solana and Web3 ecosystem, and create an active community around BaronNotary's non-custodial settlement infrastructure on Solana.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow BaronNotary communities across X, Discord, Telegram and other relevant platforms
• Create daily engagement and maintain active communication with community members
• Develop and execute community growth strategies
• Build relationships with Solana, Web3, DeFi and blockchain communities
• Identify and engage potential community partners, ambassadors and ecosystem contributors
• Coordinate announcements, campaigns, AMAs and community events
• Support content distribution across social media and community channels
• Answer community questions and communicate product developments clearly
• Collect community feedback and communicate insights to the BaronNotary team
• Monitor community sentiment, engagement and growth metrics
• Help protect the community from spam, scams and impersonation
• Represent BaronNotary professionally across the Web3 ecosystem
• Work closely with the Founder, Business Development and technical teams

What you bring

• A strong understanding of Web3, blockchain and crypto ecosystems
• Experience managing online communities
• Experience with X, Discord and Telegram
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of community growth and engagement strategies
• The ability to communicate technical Web3 concepts in a clear and simple way
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
• Fluent or professional-level English
• A strong interest in Solana and decentralized infrastructure

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Web3 or crypto Community Manager
• An existing network within Web3, Solana or blockchain communities
• Experience organizing AMAs, campaigns or community events
• Experience working with early-stage Web3 projects
• Understanding of DeFi, payments, OTC markets or tokenized assets
• Familiarity with community analytics and growth tools
