Web3 Field BD

As a Web3 Field BD Specialist for OneKey, you act as a local brand ambassador conducting in-person visits to crypto-friendly merchants and partnering with local Web3 communities to expand OneKey's offline footprint. This is a part-time role in the OneKey OTC Pilot Program across North America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.

What you'll do

• Visit local crypto-related physical stores and OTC counters in person, present OneKey products, and negotiate offline partnerships including display, reselling, or commission deals
• Connect with local Web3 associations, university crypto clubs, and meetup organizers to establish long-term partnerships
• Accurately log visit records including store photos, Google Maps location, and manager contact details via Google Sheet in real time
• Attend two brief online alignment meetings per week to report progress and share market insights

What you bring

• Location in one of the target regions (North America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, or Latin America) with easy access to local in-person visits
• Fluency in English as a working language
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High self-motivation and comfort with field outreach and cold visits
• Basic understanding of Web3, crypto, or hardware wallets

Nice to have

• Proficiency in local native languages such as Spanish or Portuguese for Latin America, or local Eastern European languages
• Prior experience in offline BD, merchant onboarding, or local Web3 community operations

What we offer

• Base activity allowance of $500 USD per month upon completing a minimum of 15 valid in-person or community visits per month, maintaining accurate visit logs, and attending two weekly syncs
• Monthly tiered success commission based on closed merchants: $100 USD per store for 1-5 closed merchants, $110 USD per store for 6-10 closed merchants, and $120 USD per store for 10 or more closed merchants (capped at $1,500 USD per month for standard deals)
• Referral bonus of $50 USD per successful referral who passes the interview and onboards their first store
• 100% reimbursement of local transit and Uber expenses incurred during store visits based on valid receipts
• Flexible schedule
• Compensation paid monthly in USD or stablecoins (USDT/USDC)
