Web3 Futures BD Manager – English Markets

As a Web3 Futures BD Manager for English Markets at Ourbit Exchange, you drive growth across English-speaking crypto markets by sourcing and managing strategic partners. You build relationships with KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, and brokers to increase user acquisition and futures trading volume on the platform.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop growth opportunities across English-speaking crypto markets
• Source, onboard, and manage KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, brokers, and other strategic partners
• Build long-term relationships with high-value partners and crypto ecosystem players
• Design and execute partnership campaigns to increase user acquisition and futures trading volume
• Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and commercial agreements
• Monitor partner performance and optimize campaigns based on user activity and trading volume
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to launch regional initiatives
• Track market trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities within the Web3 industry
• Represent Ourbit at crypto conferences, community events, and industry networking activities
• Deliver KPIs related to trading volume, user growth, partner acquisition, and revenue

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in Web3, crypto, partnerships, growth, business development, or a related commercial role
• An existing network of KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, brokers, or other crypto partners in English-speaking markets
• Strong understanding of crypto trading, centralized exchanges, and perpetual futures
• Proven ability to generate user growth, trading volume, partnership revenue, or other measurable business results
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• A commercially minded, proactive, and results-oriented approach
• Comfort working independently in a remote and international environment
• Fluency in English
