Web3 Growth & Marketing Lead (Solana Ecosystem Preferred)

Ishvara Tech Consulting is seeking a Web3 Growth and Marketing Lead with deep expertise in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across crypto ecosystems, with a strong preference for Solana experience. You will lead end-to-end growth operations, execute data-driven strategies, manage lifecycle marketing with full compliance, and maintain brand integrity in a fast-evolving crypto landscape. The ideal candidate has led multiple token launches, built and scaled active Web3 communities across X, Telegram, and Discord, and worked with advanced analytics and marketing automation tools.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end growth operations and lifecycle marketing across Web3 channels with full compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL)
• Manage and scale X, Telegram, and Discord communities, including AMAs, KOL partnerships, and community health initiatives
• Execute data-driven growth strategies using GA4, Mixpanel, cohort analysis, and on-chain analytics tools such as Dune, Flipside, and The Graph
• Plan and execute multiple token launches from strategy through post-launch optimization
• Develop and manage lifecycle and email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or HubSpot
• Design and monitor tokenomics incentives, vesting schedules, liquidity strategies, and behavioral design
• Maintain brand safety, manage risk, and ensure crypto policy compliance
• Produce high-quality content and campaign reporting with exceptional writing

What you bring

• 4+ years of proven Web3 and crypto growth experience, including 2+ successful token launches (Solana experience strongly preferred)
• Expertise managing X, Telegram, and Discord communities, including AMAs, KOL partnerships, and community health
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle and email marketing with hands-on experience in compliance frameworks (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) and platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or HubSpot
• Advanced analytics skills with GA4, Mixpanel, cohort analysis, experiment design, and on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Flipside, The Graph); SQL experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of tokenomics, including incentives, vesting, liquidity, and behavioral design
• Skilled in brand safety, risk management, and crypto policy compliance
• Exceptional writing skills for content and campaign reporting
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of the Solana ecosystem, including protocols such as Raydium, Orca, Jupiter, and Anchor
• Experience in creator economy operations and performance-based KOL programs
• PR and event strategy expertise for Web3, including analyst and conference relations
• Familiarity with AI and LLM campaigns, RAG workflows, and integration with tools such as IRMA Engine
