Web3 KOL & Partnerships BD – Europe

As a Web3 KOL & Partnerships Business Development professional at Ourbit Exchange, you develop and execute growth strategies to expand the futures business across English-speaking markets. You identify, onboard, and manage high-quality crypto KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, brokers, and other strategic partners to drive user acquisition and sustainable trading volume.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand Ourbit's futures business across English-speaking markets
• Identify, onboard, and manage high-quality crypto KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, brokers, and other strategic partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive user acquisition, trading activity, and sustainable trading volume
• Develop KOL and partnership programs tailored to different markets and partner profiles
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and commercial terms
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to launch campaigns, promotions, and partner initiatives
• Monitor KOL and partner performance and optimize cooperation based on trading volume and user activity
• Track market trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior to identify new growth opportunities
• Represent Ourbit at crypto conferences, industry events, and networking activities
• Achieve KPIs related to trading volume, partner acquisition, user growth, and revenue

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, KOL Management, or Growth within the crypto/Web3 industry
• A strong existing network of crypto KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, brokers, or other industry partners in English-speaking markets
• Experience working with a crypto exchange, trading platform, or Web3 company
• A strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, perpetual futures, and derivatives products
• A proven track record of driving trading volume, user growth, or partnership revenue
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• A commercial mindset with strong focus on measurable results
• Self-driven and proactive approach to working independently in a remote environment
• Fluency in English, with additional languages as a plus
