Web3 Social Media Manager

As a Web3 Social Media Manager at Big Block Theory, you develop and execute content strategies that scale brand presence across social channels. You join a Web3 media marketing agency partnering with top influencers and brands, managing campaigns end-to-end while staying on top of trends in blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with agency goals, including creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting the design lead with client design briefs
• Manage client-side content, including editing, fact-checking, and delivering final work
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality, working closely with internal teams and freelancers
• Manage social media campaigns end-to-end from planning through execution and analysis, capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space
• Identify and fill content gaps by monitoring trending topics and discussions in blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities
• Use project management tools such as Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns
• Switch between different brand voices and tones while maintaining authenticity
• Research deeply into new topics, verify facts, and find interesting angles for your content

What you bring

• Experience writing threads and short-form social content
• A solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems, comfortable discussing DeFi, NFTs, GameFi, and DAOs
• Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies
• An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space
• Understanding of how to craft tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies

Nice to have

• Experience across various content formats such as crypto technical docs, X threads, LinkedIn posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs
