Working Student - Web3 Product & Tech

As a Working Student at over99, you'll work directly with the founders and engineering team across product, tech, and growth. You'll help figure out what to build, turn ideas into working products, and continuously improve them based on what users actually want. over99 is already reaching 35K+ users and 300K+ monthly traffic across Web3 products, with much more to build.

What you'll do

• Work directly with the founders across product, tech and growth
• Help shape and build new Web3 products and features
• Turn ideas and prototypes into working products
• Work with APIs, data and internal tooling
• Explore new technologies and technical approaches
• Think about product and distribution alongside what you're building
• Use AI to build, prototype and move faster
• Test new ideas and iterate based on real usage
• Take ownership of projects from idea to launch

What you bring

• Genuine passion for Web3 and knowledge of what's happening in the space
• Technical skills with at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust or similar)
• Something you've built yourself: a product, tool, bot, website, script or anything else
• Ability to think beyond just writing code and care about product success
• Comfort using AI to leverage your skills
• Fast learning and adaptability
• Ambition for substantially more responsibility than a typical working student role
