Affiliate Specialist - Pro (EMEA)

As an Affiliate Specialist for Kraken Pro, you will support the growth and day-to-day operations of the affiliate program by identifying and onboarding new partners and owning the operational processes that keep the program running accurately and compliantly.

What you'll do

• Source and prospect new affiliate partners across media publishers, mobile networks, incentive sites, social network partnerships, and connected TV
• Draft and send personalized outreach to prospective partners
• Manage the partner pipeline from first contact through onboarding
• Support partner vetting and scoring processes, such as mobile network partner intake and evaluation
• Assist with go-to-market and launch coordination for new affiliate partners, including briefs, newsletters, and creative asset delivery
• Own day-to-day Impact.com platform administration, partner account setup, tracking link QA, and commission structure updates
• Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles using QuickSite, AppsFlyer, and Hex exports to feed the Pro performance dashboard
• Monitor for compliance and fraud flags such as performance benchmark violations and PID marketplace prohibitions, escalating per policy
• Support invoice and payment reconciliation with acceleration partners and finance
• Maintain partner creative assets, records, contracts, and documentation including compliance matrices and partner type reference tables
• Coordinate with agencies on day-to-day partner servicing and escalations
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and dashboard maintenance
• Support affiliate strategy development as the program scales
• Participate in cross-functional discussions with product, compliance, design, marketing technology, and analytics teams

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, or a related digital marketing field
• Strong written communication skills for partner outreach and relationship management
• Comfort working with data
• Detail-oriented and process-driven approach, able to manage multiple partner relationships and workstreams concurrently
• Genuine interest in the crypto or fintech industry

Nice to have

• Exposure to SQL or BI tools such as Hex or QuickSight
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Impact.com or similar and attribution tools like AppsFlyer
• Fintech or crypto experience
