Analyst, Client Services & Operations

As an Analyst in Client Services & Operations at Galaxy Digital, you join the Asset Management team to support the day-to-day execution of client servicing and internal operational workflows. You work closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams to ensure client requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with internal processes and priorities.

What you'll do

• Reactively service clients independently by responding to ad hoc requests and acting as liaison between the firm, internal teams, and clients
• Analyze client requests and identify and implement solutions by working with necessary internal and external parties
• Partner closely with FinOps, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Investment Teams, and other internal functions to support client-related workflows
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure requests are completed on time
• Leverage systems, automation, and standardized processes to improve the speed and accuracy of recurring workflows
• Back up Client Managers who are traveling by receiving client requests and working with other client managers to validate and put requests into production
• Coordinate and prepare ad hoc data and information requests, including DDQs, RFPs, reporting, and other client materials
• Help prioritize requests based on client tier, urgency, complexity, and internal resource requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and create greater consistency across client servicing workflows

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of MS Office applications, business applications, and the use of databases
• Proficient understanding of private fund structures
